Exchange & Return Information.
We want you to love our products as much as we do, therefore we offer a simple and affordable return and exchange policy. If you wish to return or exchange an item, follow these easy steps:

2. Include a check or money order for $3 for return S&H.
3. If exchanging an item for size reasons, make sure to provide the correct ring size you want sent back to you. If possible, send a copy of the original invoice and the size of the original ring. We will gladly send you a free finger sizer if you are unsure of what your accurate ring size is.
If you are unsure of your finger size, please contact us and request a free finger sizer. We will gladly mail you a free plastic finger sizer to assist with your order.
All ring returns for items purchased within 30 days are available for a refund of the purchase price (less shipping cost). If the jewelry has been altered or damaged in a way that makes it unsuitable for resale, we charge a standard 50% restocking fee.
Lifetime Resizing
Tungsten carbide is the strongest metal currently used to make jewelry and cannot be resized once cast. Titanium is also difficult to resize. However, Heavy Crown Jewelry will happily replace any ring you purchase from us with the correct size for free (plus shipping cost). If any product of ours has been altered (such as engraving) post-purchase we charge a 50% restocking fee.
