What is tungsten?

Tungsten Carbide is the strongest metal currently used for jewelry. It is 4 times stronger than titanium and will never scratch, tarnish, or bend under pressure like silver or platinum. What is Titanium?

Do you engrave rings?

Unfortunately we do not have the facilities to offer engraving at this time. Both tungsten carbide and titanium can be engraved and a local jeweler will be able to point you in the direction of a professional engraver if they cannot do it themselves.

Do you have a specific ring in black, or in another width?

If the ring is not listed on our site as coming in different widths or colors, we do not currently carry that product. We do have many similar styles available in different finishes that may suit your needs as well. You can always contact us to request a certain color or width and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How do I return my ring for a larger or smaller size?

Heavy Crown Jewelry wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have found your ring is the incorrect size, we will gladly replace it for free (minus return shipping charge listed below). How was my item shipped?

Typically we send out purchases within 24-48 hours. We will send you a tracking number in a confirmation email after shipment so you can follow your purchase as it makes your way to you.

I sent my ring back for an exchange. Have you received it yet? Have you sent out my new ring yet?

We send a confirmation email to every customer after purchase or return. Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with a tracking number from usps.com. If you have not yet received an email, we either have not shipped the item yet or there has been an error. Please contact us if you feel there has been a delay in shipping. Can I return a damaged ring?

If your ring was damaged upon delivery, we will gladly exchange your ring or offer you a full refund (less shipping fees). However, if you have had the ring engraved or altered in any way post-purchase we will exchange your ring, but charge a restocking fee of 50% of the original price.
